How we handle your data, in plain English.

Purple Berry Studio is a video studio based in Türkiye. The contracting and invoicing entity, and the controller for this website, is Axtiq Ltd, London.

When this notice says “we”, it means Axtiq Ltd, trading as Purple Berry Studio.

Axtiq Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17301148, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, company and message.

When you book through Cal.com: your name, email, WhatsApp number, business name, the name of the person holding the phone on the day, and your choice about follow-up emails.

The WhatsApp messages you send us, and the footage you film for us.

If we found your number on Google Maps, we say so on our first call and in our first message (UK GDPR Art. 14).

To answer you and arrange the work: these are steps before a contract, and then the contract itself.

To send the follow-up emails, only if you ticked the box: that is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the link in every email.

To send service messages about your filming slot on WhatsApp: that is part of the contract.

We film you and the team members who agree. Customers appear only if they say yes on camera; otherwise we film hands, plates and backs. Staff who appear are told how the footage is used and can object.

To make your films, your footage is processed by our production team outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards.

We delete raw footage 90 days after delivery, unless it is in a published film.

Vercel hosts this website. Resend sends our emails. Cal.com runs bookings. Google holds our consent log. WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages.

Contact details: 12 months after our last exchange.

The consent log: 3 years, so we can show what you agreed to.

Raw footage: 90 days after delivery, unless it is in a published film.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. You can object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time.
